Poor service:
- Vehicle returned with an engine light: High emissions that stays on once the engine is on.
- BMW diagnosis provided but without the accuracy of the parts to be changed to solve this problem therefore failure potentially not found.
- This engine light: High emissions was not displayed and noted on my vehicle once it arrived at the dealership.
- Impossibility of being able to drive my vehicle in complete safety because of the high gas emissions which are released in the vehicle and which I did not have before the management of my vehicle by this BMW dealer (gas harmful to my safety and that of of my clients)
- Vehicle returned with dirty rear passenger compartment (traces of intervention on the vehicle + multiple waste under the broken plastic clip seat)
- Vehicle damaged during the works because the right rear seatback no longer holds (broken fixing clip, and play between the bench seat and the right rear seat)
- Vehicle returned to the customer without even notifying him that a part was broken: this is unacceptable and intolerable from a BMW dealer.
- No commercial gesture was granted to me.
- No time frame or quote was presented to me for the part that the dealership mechanic broke.
- No apologies were made to me.
- Doubting the word of the client.
- Lack of respect on the part of the workshop manager towards the customer in front of witnesses (customers and concession staff)

Following the purchase of a part (which should not have taken place because I had used the OPTEVEN warranty but the part seller had assured me that I had to pay for it myself when not at all). I've been waiting for the refund since July, and still nothing. Note that I have followed up at least 6 times (including 3 where I had to move because they never answer the phone!)
I find it unacceptable that a group like yours still does not reimburse its customer after 5 months of waiting!!!
(And above all, don’t ask for a commercial gesture, that would be too much to ask…)

We received our new car today.
We were very satisfied with the welcome and the presentation of the vehicle.
Carine, Emmanuel and Maxime demonstrated professionalism and availability throughout this delivery.
I would say we had a very good sales team.
I would also add that this same team was also impeccable during the pre-sales phase. It's not common.
Thank you to the entire BMW Savy Belfort team and more particularly to Alfredo SCIUTO who listened to our expectations for this first purchase of a BMW vehicle, and to Carine BRAND for her very warm welcome and her professionalism on the day of the delivery of our vehicle within the announced time frame.
